At The Historic, we offer approximately 4,800 square feet of original hardwood floors, exposed brick, and wood beams eventuating beautiful vaulted ceilings. This space can make for a modern industrial backdrop or vintage feel and won’t fail to create a warm, unique, and gorgeous holiday event.
Intimate Holiday Event Venue
Below our main venue is our exclusive prohibition-style event space, Temperance. If you are hosting an intimate gathering or would like a more private space in addition to your rental of the Historic, Temperance is an excellent choice for smaller holiday party venues. With exposed brick and stone interiors, antique furnishing and stained glass accents, this space can create an atmosphere of warmth and connection for your guests to enjoy.
The venue’s exterior exudes an air of timeless charm, offering a glimpse into the city’s rich history while inviting guests to step inside and experience the magic within.

$1,500 if renting the Historic
