Pricing for Weddings
2019

Wedding and Reception pricing is based on the day of week for the event. All basic rentals include the same amenities, furnishings and access to venue.

Use of Venue for 9 hours (unless otherwise noted). Additional time may be added.

  • All contracts may be increased to 12 hour agreements at any time, if desired.

  • All contracts include unlimited access to venue by appointment for planning with vendors during regularly scheduled Wednesday sessions

**A one time event insurance policy is required

A nonrefundable reservation fee of 50% of the cost of the space rental is required to reserve a date.

Your wedding, reception or rehearsal dinner rental includes:

  • Use of the bridal changing room in our tower 

  • Use of decks and portico

  • A free on site consultation with a Church on Main venue representative for floor planning 

  • Church on Main staff placement and management of venue owned furniture

  • A representative from the venue will be present or accessible during the event for venue questions or concerns

  • Access to visit venue ( during set times) with caterer, decorator, photographer and other important people involved in making your day successful

  • Access to the grounds for pictures, bridal portraits and engagement photos

  • A rehearsal the day before can be elected.  The rehearsal will use one hour of the overall contracted time. Any setup for space use at the discounted rate for the additional day is the responsibility of the host. The day before is self service.

 

Use of any or all of the following items

Furnishings​

Tables and chairs are included. We work with you to create a floor plan. We setup and breakdown our tables and chairs. If you reconfigure the space from a ceremony to a reception (flip the space) your caterer must provide additional support. Any furniture movement after the start of event is the host responsibility

Included in Rental Price

  • (20) 60 inch round tables (additional tables available at no additional charge based on inventory at time of event)

  • 200 chairs (additional chairs available at no additional charge based on inventory at time of event)

  • A cake or 48" round table, (8) 6ft Tables, (10) highboys and (6) 8ft buffet tables.

  • Two wall mounted televisions that may be used via HDMI cable connection to host computer. TVs are mounted in a fixed position and must be operated by the host during the event.

  • Free WiFi Internet connectivity.

  • Mounted wall rails that can be used for hanging

Additional Value Packages That May Be Added After booking. These packages have been created for host convenience.

Accent Lighting and Uplighting Package
Our venue is beautifully lighted, but some guests elect to use additional uplighting for their special event. We pass along a discounted house package rate of $250 for up to 10 uplights. This includes setup. The package also includes the opportunity to use one host provided image that can be projected as a GOBO. The GOBO can be projected on the wall or the floor.
 

Pin Spots (4)- Pin Spots provide very bright light focused in a small area. They are great for accenting. $100 

Decorations Closet

This includes access to any of the items available on the day of your event for $100. 

Table Cloths
Standard black tablecloth rental is $12.00 per black tablecloth and includes placement of tablecloths on TCOM furnishings.
Chair Covers $1 per chair self service. $2.50 per chair full service

Audio Equipment

Podium with microphone only-$75.00

Board operator for up to 4  hours

Host provides playlist in advance of event
